This notice explains what happens to the information you send through the forms on this website.

What we collect

When you send a custom cake order, a request list or a message, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address, preferred location and pickup date, the products and options you chose, your message, any photos you upload and your signature. We do not take payments or card details on this website.

How we use it

Only to answer your request: to confirm availability, price and pickup, and to contact you about your order. If you tick the text/email consent box, we may also send you occasional messages from Potla's Bakery; you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or asking us.

Where it is kept

Requests are stored in a secure database that only the bakery can sign in to. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else. Requests are kept for up to 180 days in our inbox, then archived or deleted.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores your request list and accessibility settings on your own device so they are still there when you come back.
